Year of Disruption

2017 will be remembered in the history for 2 disruptive changes globally .

1. Clouds made entry into mainstream market
Suddenly you are hit by  an unknown Giant ......AWS...................
This change was not only the change of technologies and future of people associated . It was a change of mindset from adoption of technologies perspective .It takes ages , but this time it was done by AWS in a half a decade .
All credit goes to AWS , they spend almost a decade to reach where they are and still well ahead of their competitors by end of 2017 .
This change was  something which forced Giants like Oracle and SAP to become aggressive and build a new strategy  . Allthough this mad rush started in year 2016 mostly , but actions were more visible in market in 2017 . Oracle went crazy and started buying companies , SAP started showing their sales are growing  allthough both Giants cloud revenues are still small compared to their legacy products .
Oracle stopped further releases on many of their popular products to promote cloud .Can't believe as end customer .
Their are other players like Google and Microsoft also in Cloud services , but they are still years behind what AWS has to offer to end customers .
While some of us has got engaged with cloud services from one end or other others , but still bigger changes are going to come soon , when system will be completely ready for all enterprise level systems .

2. Crypto Currency Disruption
This is the talk of the globe . Many of  people don't know , Many of  people don't see or understand what is this .Many became millionaie and many became  bankrupt .
This is called Bitcoin , Going back to start of the year this was trading at around 1000 USD and now its near 20000 USD . People don't understand mad rush behind this .
Credit goes to bitcoin for making crypto currencies as part of trading firms , but there are many other changes it brought in .
It brought in again a new disruptive change in technologies , the way we handle bank transaction . Dependency from mediator goes away .
Biggest change brought is the change the way we handle smart contracts .Autralian Stock exchange is going to go live soon on this technology .
Indian Govt signed one of biggest smart contracts project using Blockchain technologies .
Some of the popular platforms and technologies  are worth mentiong Blockchain , Zcach, Ethereum , Ripple,Hyperledger .
There is huge list to follow , but in my list these will be remembered as 2 most destructive and disruptive changes in technology and people's mindset to adopt technology .
